Fulfillment Guarantee

We make every reasonable effort to deliver each order on the requested date, provided that payment has been approved, delivery information is complete and accurate, the product is available and a person is available to receive the order at the requested address. Delivery may depend on route capacity, weather, traffic, building access rules, recipient availability and local operating conditions.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Fresh flower arrangements are handmade and perishable. If the delivered product does not meet reasonable quality expectations, the buyer must report the issue within 48 hours after delivery through email, phone, WhatsApp or an official customer service channel. Clear photos may be required so we can review the case and determine whether replacement, correction, credit or another solution applies.

Confidentiality

Personal information provided by customers is used to process and support the order. We do not store full electronic payment details on our servers. Order and customer information is handled confidentially according to our Privacy Policy and only shared with service providers when needed to complete the transaction, delivery or support process.

Delivery

Delivery Times

Same-day delivery may be available when the order is placed and paid before 4:00 p.m. local time, subject to product availability, destination and route capacity. Deliveries are made during the selected day. We do not guarantee exact delivery times or narrow time windows unless explicitly confirmed in writing by our team.

Sunday and Colombian public holiday service may be limited or unavailable. During high-demand seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Women’s Day and Love and Friendship Day, we recommend ordering at least three days in advance. Delivery times, product availability and substitution needs may vary during these dates.

Coverage

We provide flower delivery in Medellin and covered nearby areas, and may coordinate service in other covered cities in Colombia through our florist network. Delivery cost is calculated during checkout and may vary depending on the destination city, neighborhood, route, urgency and product type.

Substitutions and Product Availability

Flowers, bases, boxes, decorations, chocolates, wines, balloons, plush toys, colors and other elements may differ from the product photo due to seasonal or local availability. We make every reasonable effort to preserve the style, color palette, size impression and value of the selected design. Substitutions may be made with similar items of equal or greater value when necessary to complete delivery on time.

Additional Products

Add-ons such as balloons, plush toys, chocolates, wines and liquors are sold as complements to floral arrangements and are not sold independently unless the website expressly states otherwise. Age-restricted products, if offered, may require legal recipient validation and may be unavailable in some delivery areas.

Our catalog includes floral designs and complementary gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, condolences, apologies, corporate gifts and other occasions.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, ePayco, PayPal, Efecty, SuperGIROS, Western Union, bank transfers, Bancolombia, Daviplata, Nequi, BBVA or other options shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched only after payment has been validated. Payment confirmation delays may affect preparation and delivery time.

Prices, Payments and Orders

Prices, product availability, delivery fees and features may change without prior notice. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate recipient name, phone number, address, delivery date, delivery notes and card message.
